Questions about plans
What does “unlimited try-ons” mean?
Paid plans have no try-on cap and no overage fees from us. Image generation runs on your own Google Gemini API key, so Google bills you directly per generated image at its published rates.
How do the free trial and billing work?
Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. Billing runs through Shopify and appears on your Shopify invoice. You can switch plans or cancel at any time from the app.
What do I need from Google?
A Gemini API key from Google AI Studio, belonging to a Google Cloud project with billing enabled (paid tier). On the paid tier Google doesn't use your data to train its models.
Can I start on the Free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 20 try-ons per month with the full try-on experience, basic analytics and a small “Powered by Forzivo” badge.
